Terms & Conditions Payments Payment must be recieved in full including any delivery fees, before repairs will be shipped. All private customer clock and watch repairs must be paid for in full before Delivery. Trade work store customers as per arrangement. •To return a products, you must have an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number assigned by www.citytime.com.au •This RMA number can be obtained by contacting Customer Services at www.citytime.com.au (10am to 4pm Monday to Friday). •The RMA number MUST BE displayed on the outside of the box or packet. •All RMA numbers are valid for 14 days and products must be returned within this period. •This procedure must be followed in order for credit to be processed.
